The 2021 MLS All-Star Game was a memorable match that showcased the top talent from Major League Soccer and Liga MX. The game took place on August 25, 2021, at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, the home ground of LAFC.
The game ended in a 1–1 tie after regulation time, and the MLS All-Stars prevailed 3–2 in the penalty shootout. Matt Turner, the New England Revolution goalkeeper, earned the MVP award for his outstanding saves. It was the first-ever game between the MLS All-Stars and the All-Stars of another league, and it displayed the skill and enthusiasm of both leagues.
