MLS All-Star game 2024: MLS vs Liga MX trilogy

2023 edition

The MLS All-Star Game 2023 showcased the top players from Major League Soccer (MLS) and the English club Arsenal in a soccer match. The game took place on July 19, 2023, at Audi Field in Washington, D.C., and was accompanied by a series of events that featured a skills challenge, concerts, and community service.

Arsenal defeated the MLS All-Stars 5–0, breaking the record for the biggest win in the history of the MLS All-Star Game. The MLS team was led by Wayne Rooney, D.C. United's head coach and ex-Arsenal star, and drew a crowd of 20,621 at Audi Field.

The roster was selected through the following voting mechanisms:
- 12 players determined by a combined vote of fan, media and players
- 14 players selected by MLS All-Star head coach Wayne Rooney of the host team, D.C. United
- 2 players selected by MLS Commissioner Don Garber
