Megan Rapinoe: A Legend Retires

Perhaps the most significant departure was the retirement of iconic midfielder Megan Rapinoe. Rapinoe, a Reign original and a force in the USWNT, has been one of the most influential figures in women's soccer, both on and off the field. Her tenacity, creativity, and outspoken advocacy will be sorely missed, but her legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.

Words can't possibly sum up what she means to this sport and the impact she's made away from the playing field.
