Seattle Reign - who is coming back for 2024 season

Forward Veronica Latsko has signed a contract extension with Seattle Reign FC until the 2025 NWSL season. The experienced striker, who is in her third season with the Reign, has made 38 regular season appearances since 2022, the third-highest on the team.

Latsko had a stellar year, setting new personal records in goals (four) and assists (two), both of which ranked second on the team. The 28-year-old forward also netted consecutive game-winners in the quarterfinal and semifinal, leading the club to its third NWSL Championship appearance.

Before moving to the Reign, Latsko played for four years with the Dash, where she scored seven goals and provided four assists. The native of Venetia, Pa. was part of the Houston team that won the inaugural Challenge Cup in 2020. Latsko has made 25 appearances, one goal and two assists in the Challenge Cup, which is the highest number of games played by any player in the NWSL.
