Dylan Teves
Dylan Teves is a talented midfielder who joined the club as a Homegrown Player in 2022, after a stellar career at the University of Washington. At UW, Teves was one of the top players in the country, becoming a finalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy, a College Soccer News First Team All-American, an All-Pac-12 First Team selection and the Pac-12 Scholar Athlete of the Year in his senior year.
Before joining UW, Teves was part of the Sounders Academy, where he played for the U-15, U-16 and U-19 teams. He also made 12 appearances for Tacoma Defiance (then Sounders FC 2) while playing for the academy. Teves was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and attended Liberty High School in Renton, Washington.
In the 2023 season, he had 16 appearances only. He struggled with muscle injuries throughout the second half of the year. His contract had club option for the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
