The Seattle Sounders continues to have many in the MLS availability report. Brian Schmetzer's squad is visiting the Philadelphia Union at Subaru Park on Saturday 4:30 p.m. (PT). As you may know at this point, MLS games usually start nine minutes after the announced time. You can stream the game on Apple TV MLS Season Pass. Unlike the first game of the season, this game is not free to watch.

The captain and goalkeeper of the team, Stefan Frei, is still out. Per head coach's last interview, he will be reassessed next week. Andrew Thomas should continue to be the veteran's replacement for the next game.

In the defense, Yeimar is back with the team and should be available for some minutes in the game. He had a delay in joining the team for the preseason because of visa issues. Nathan, who replaced Yeimar in the first game, is also unavailable. Nathan is in Brazil working on his Green Card and will be back next week. Therefore, Xavier Arreaga is expected to partner with Jackson Ragen in center back again. Alex Roldan and Nouhou will complete the defensive line.

João Paulo, the central midfielder, is still out for the next match. He was substituted by Obed Vargas in the previous games and continues to pair up with Josh Atencio in the defensive midfield again.

Albert Rusnák remains out and will be reevaluated next week as well. Pedro de la Vega, who replaced Rusnák in the last game, will be out for six to eight weeks. With all the options that Schmetzer has, it seems that he will start Raul Ruidiaz in the same way he did in the first game of the season against LAFC. Léo Chú and Cristian Roldan should be the wingers.

Jordan Morris should keep playing as the "number nine" striker. It will be interesting to see if Morris playing with Ruidiaz will produce a different outcome than what they were able to deliver in the game against LAFC. In the paper, it will be a 4-4-2, but in practice should be traditional 4-2-3-1 with Ruidiaz trying to play the number 10 role again.

"Andrew Thomas; Alex Roldan, Jackson Ragen, Xavier Arreaga, Nouhou; Josh Atencio, Obed Vargas, Cristian Roldan, Léo Chú; Raul Ruidiaz, Jordan Morris"
