Tacoma Defiance signs four players for 2024 season

Fahling, a 26-year-old former academy player, has signed with Defiance following a season with Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC, where he played 16 games (seven as a starter) in all tournaments, scoring three times and assisting twice.

Before joining Pittsburgh, the native of Kirkland, Washington spent the 2021 season with Charleston Battery and then played for FC Tucson in 2022. Fahling made 27 appearances (16 as a starter) in the USL Championship with Charleston, scoring two goals and adding two assists.

The midfielder played 29 games (22 as a starter) for FC Tucson, a USL League One team, and recorded three assists in all tournaments in 2022.
