The Sounders might have a truly great defender in their hands. Coming from Fox Island, Washington the amount of playing team the only 18 year old has already played in the lower series is truly impressive. In 2023 in the MLS Next Pro league with the Tacoma Defiance a our dev team that has a way better logo than others. He played a impressive 2,031 minutes at 16 years old. Than this past season in 2024 with the Tacoma Defiance again he this time played 1,847 minutes but this time got his first 2 pro starts with the Sounders in the US Open Cup with us winning both games he played. He's also had a jaw dropping 27 total apperances with the USA at youth level with a really impressive 20 at the u17 level.

And that's not for no reason. According to the coaches he's a hard worker going to the gym every day for countless hours. And has especially impressive intelligence with the game. Which helps him be a truly modern CB, not only can he defend greatly he can dribble and advance the ball and make the right pass to start the attack. So truly a great assets for any of the great European teams that have possession based style of play, which is most of them. At least in a few years if the Sounders can develop him. Perhaps in a few years a switch to CDM could be in the cards with his skillset. He has a amazing future ahead and I look forward to seeing his greatness in a Sounders jersey and perhaps beyond. Thanks a bunch for reading!
