What MLS teams are Jesús Ferreira best and worst against?

Recently the Sounders have completed the trade for FC Dallas and USMNT star striker Jesús Ferreira to bolster our offense. But that begs the question of which clubs he performs the best against and what are the worst? So that's what I found out.

For the club he scored the most against it would be none other than a club that is indeed real, that being Real Salt Lake. Which he has a very impressive record against. In 11 matches he's scored 8 goals against them almost a goal per match. And on top of that he has 2 assists against them as well 10 total goal contributions in 11 matches. The club he does the 2nd best against is actually a tie broken by the amount of assists with the club winning that tie being Sporting Kansas City, a club that if you read the other similar articles I've done before is a club we do very well against. So that makes him a perfect fit for the Sounders. In 13 matches Ferreira has scored 6 goals almost a goal every 2 matches. With his 2 assists breaking the tie with the next club. That being Austin FC which he scored 6 goals as well but with only the 1 assist but in a more impressive 8 matches. Meaning that Ferreira scored almost a goal a game against the much newer Texas based club.

Now for the clubs he scored the least against in at least 5 games. Starting with the brand new Nashville SC which he has by far the worst record against. In 7 games against the Tennessee based club he has both no goals and no assists. They truly have his number damn. Next up is the Colorado Rapids though this time with a much more respectable record that's for sure. As in 7 matches this time he has 2 goals against the Rapids though still 0 assists. Lastly the team he struggled the 3rd most against is the San Jose Earthquakes which ties the Rapids scoring 2 goals in 9 matches but this time with 2 assists to break the tie.

Now for the clubs he has the most assists against. It's actually a 3 way tie for 1st place between fittingly enough 3 clubs, which is perfect for me. First off to break the tie with the least amount with a truly amazing 3 assists in 3 games, literally a assists per game. And all that without scoring a single goal against them yet, something he'll hopefully change when he plays against them for us. Next with 3 assists but instead in 9 games is the LA Galaxy which he also scored 5 goals against. Meaning he averages almost a goal contribution a game against the Galaxy. And lastly with 3 assists but in 10 games against is our Cascadia Cup rival the Vancouver Whitecaps whom he also scored 3 times against as well.

And finally the clubs he has the least amount of assists in a tie between several clubs in facts. Starting with the 1 he has the most appearances against because duh. With 14 games and no assists comes Minnesota United though he does have 3 goals against them as well. And to be honest I didn't even think Dallas FC played 14 games against Minnesota United yet. Next is... hey it's the Sounders with 12 appearances against and no assists at all but 2 goals against us as well. Not that he'll have to worry about us anymore, and boy did he have to worry. And hopefully he'll have a better record when facing FC Dallas from now on, at least when he's with us. And lastly we have a tie with 7 games and 0 assists with 2 teams we already mentioned in the Nashville SC and the Colorado Rapids. With Nashville SC breaking their way into the podium by not giving up any goals against the Colombian-American while the Rapids gave up 2. Thanks a bunch for reading!
